Q: Is it safe to use my credit card to pay for my subscription online?
A: Yes. Paying your bill online is a secure transaction. All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. This means that when you enter your credit card number into the form, it's transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and decoded when we receive it.
Q: Why did I receive another bill? I already sent my payment.
A: If you receive a second bill within ten days of mailing your payment, then ignore it. Chances are, the bill and the payment will cross in the mail. If not, you'll be able to find out if your payment has been applied by going to this page and clicking the title of the magazine to which you subscribe.
Q: I'm moving. How can I update my address?
A: If you move, update both your street and e-mail address online by going to this page and clicking the title of the magazine to which you subscribe.
Q: How can I get a replacement copy if my magazine isn't delivered?
A: If your magazine doesn't arrive within four to six weeks, request a replacement for the missing issue by going to this page and clicking the title of the magazine to which you subscribe.
Q: My magazine has arrived damaged. Can I receive a replacement issue?

Q: Why am I receiving information to renew when my subscription has not expired?
A: Your renewal notice may come early. This provides an opportunity to renew at a special three year rate! This lowest price available won't be offered again!
Q: How can I give a gift subscription to a family member or friend?
A: There are several ways you can give a gift subscription. You can fill out a gift card in the magazine, order a subscription online, call 1-800-999-1704, or write to Christianity Today International, Attn: Customer Service, P.O. Box 37060, Boone, IA 50037-0060.
Q: How can I tell when my subscription is going to expire?
A: The second line on the label gives your account number and expiration date. Or you can access your account status online by going to this page and clicking the title of the magazine to which you subscribe.
Q: I've heard that some magazines make their mailing lists available to other publications. Does Christianity Today International do this?
A: At Christianity Today International, we respect and honor your privacy. We make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies offering products and services that may interest you.
