U.S. Prez Turns To Cheese
Four of America's greatest presidents have been immortalized in stone at Mount Rushmore. But now, an artist has conveyed their greatness in a slightly different medium: cheese.

Since he was 12, Troy Landwehr has combined his love for cheese with his talent in sculpting to create great art—or at least edible art. Recently, Troy was commissioned to carve Mount Rushmore out of 700 pounds of cheddar—again! That's right, this is his second monument to great leaders and great cheese. Some people might think the idea is so cheesy it's bad, but IYF thinks it is very Gouda.

Nicest Guy … Not Human
What's five feet tall, has red and white stripes, and repeatedly tells you how handsome you are? No, it's not your Aunt Lucy in her candy-striped new dress.

It's a "compliment machine," and it really wants you to have a nice day.

Created by artist Tom Greaves, the machine is actually a large pillar-like structure with an iPod Nano stashed inside. It's designed to sit on a busy Washington, D.C. street and dish out compliments to pedestrians. Imagine walking down the street and suddenly hearing, "You have nice eyes," or, "You have changed for the better." Greaves says the box was created to soothe and lift up stressed-out Washington pedestrians.

In fact, since the environment in D.C. is so pressure-filled, we think D.C. may need a second compliment machine. It's job? Encouraging the first compliment machine during its long workdays.

Bad News Bunnies
One Monday, grocery store shoppers in Erie, Pennsylvania, shopped as usual. Everything was as tame as a bunny. But just 24 hours later, shoppers in the same store were faced with a hairy situation. Wait, or was it hare-y?

All at once, 16 rabbits, seeming to appear out of thin air, invaded the grocery store. Shocked shoppers began to capture white hares with anything they had at their disposal, including boxes and bags. There's been a lot of speculation about where the rabbit army came from. Many believe they were left in the forest behind the store. Others think it was a good sale on carrots. But it's a mystery.

Missing: Joesph Stalin's Pants
Wax museums are pretty interesting places for visitors to see famous people of the past and fictional characters come to life. For Ireland's National Wax Museum, one of those famous sights may now be seeing Joseph Stalin in his underwear.

Well, that's not exactly something the museum planned on. Unknown culprits damaged or stole 50 wax figures from the museum. They took clothes off several figures (including Stalin and Adolf Hitler) and stole jewelry (right off Madonna). They didn't stop there. The culprits made off with Gollum from Lord of the Rings and all four Teletubbies.

Despite the damages, the caper does finally answer the long-pondered question: Did Joseph Stalin wear boxers or briefs?
